SAFETY. This is what we all want to experience when we stay in someone else’s home. Lack of perceived safety and lack of confidence in the product, remains the main objection of non-renters to short-term rentals.
As many of us agree, vacation rentals, with the privacy and space that they can provide are the type of accommodation that seems most suited to a post-pandemic world. But how can we make sure we can inspire enough trust for guests to stay with us and what can be the role of technology in making sure our potential guests are confident in us enough to start to book?
